A road ready
replica of a world record holder! The Gold Rush Replica
(GRR) is one of the fastest production bikes in the
world. Fast Freddy Markham rode our racing prototype
into history, setting a land-speed record at 65 mph.
The production Gold Rush model is a direct replica
of the original design, now on display in the Smithsonian
Institution, Washington, D.C. The Replica has the
same geometry as the original, but has a seat, handlebars,
and gearing more suited to street use. It reviewers
have called it one of the fastest and most comfortable
bikes on the market. The aluminum frame is rigid
in the right places but flexes for comfort over bumps.
The Gold Rush
replica is not just a racing bike. Its EX (for expedition)
model is an ideal bike for long trips. There is nothing
fragile about the GRR EX. Its long wheelbase gives
it great stability with a load. You can add a Zipper
fairing and windscreen for maximum weather protection
and streamlining. The standard "cobra"
seat is the hardcore racer's choice. Its narrow back
is foam over solid fiberglass, kevlar and carbon fiber.
The stiffness of the seat back gives its riders a slight
speed advantage. The optional "Cool Back" seat is vastly
more popular. Its full width mesh back is very breathable
and comfortable. Most of our customers prefer the cool
back seat.n performance over the aluminum frame Gold
Rush Replica. This bike is for the connoisseur, for
those with discriminating taste... the true lover of
fine cycles. This Ti-Rush is for when you need the
very best.
