You are going to love that bike. You can put small tires on it and go with the go fast guys. Or you can put big tires on it and load it up and tour. It took me about 3,000 miles of riding it to sort of get my recumbent legs but since then just steady improvement.
This next weekend starts the century season in our part of the country and I will be riding socked at least in the cool weather.
The ERRC magazine is a wonderful publication. It is organized but largely rider built. WO does a good job of balance. You can get technical help and get motivated to just get out and ride and meet the folks that are having fun on these bikes. For me the technical aspects of the bike are becoming less and less and the riding experience is becoming more and more dominant. Once you sort of work through how you want to set yours up and get comfortable with the set up , the bike is so good that you will not spend much time fiddling with it as you may think.
The weather may let me ride again tomarrow. Go fast, see things, feel good, have fun.
