I'll try some smaller steps

After I heal up I will try moving it a little at a time. I don't know if it pychological or not or just a sore butt but I could not get the bike to move today on a short ride. Seemed like I was going up hill the whole way.

Norm -Sore Butt

For what it’s worth, this has been my experience.
No matter what I did, I couldn't find the sweet spot for the back rest or the seat (forward-backward).
Finally I just put the back of the seat (back rest/coolback) and the seat where I felt most comfortable, I did this after reading all kinds of recommendation and all kinds of suggestions. I did what felt best for me. My distance to the pedal is even slightly different from recommended.

I think the big difference in comfort and power came not so much from adjusting the seat as from doing the ‘siting exercise’ recommended by Fred and also my Sports Doc., who told me to stretch my hamstrings.

My sore butt has disappeared. My sore knees are gone, pain in my foot is gone, so far so good.
Sorry if I'm barking up the wrong tree. Perhaps your concern is different then what I've shared here.
