 CT: Glastonbury TE/GR rider spotted 6/12

I have been looking for local ER riders, and believe I spotted either a TE/GR this past Saturday in Glastonbury, CT. Was moving along with a group and couldn't stop. Is anyone out there who rode through Glastonbury, CT this past weekend?

There are VERY few recumbents in this neck of the woods. Would like to find some cousins nearby....
